Park lights on driver side won’t cut off

What is your question?

Front and back park lights won’t shut off. Have to un connect battery to cut off. Think it was originally struck by lightning. Wouldn’t run then replaced ecu unit and runs fine, just light issue now. Moved relays around and still can’t shut down fog lights on dr side. No manual control with switch of headlights either

What makes this problem better or worse?

Probably struck by lighting, replaced ecu and runs fine
