Windshield washer not working

Since jumping the relay makes the pump work, it tells me (and you) that the pump itself is fine. If you suspect a wiring issue, tracing the wiring harness from the washer pump back to the relay and fuse box may turn up a broken wire or poor connection along the way. A wiring diagram would indeed be helpful. It may be worth asking a shop if they can supply you with one or asking a mechanic with access to diagnostic tools that may be able to pinpoint the problem more precisely.
