What is your question?
Windshield washer sprayer stopped working randomly. Never had an issue until one day it just stopped. I figure a mouse chewed through a wire or something. I can't find any wiring diagrams so I don't know what wire to test or where. But if I jump the relay the pump runs perfectly fine. Swapped relays with a known good relay and checked power at fuse. Fuse is getting constant power. Multifunction switch works perfectly other than the windshield washer fluid isn't spraying. Thanks for any help 🙏🏼

Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! You've done your homework! Kudos to you! Since jumping the relay makes the pump work, it tells me (and you) that the pump itself is fine. If you suspect a wiring issue, tracing the wiring harness from the washer pump back to the relay and fuse box may turn up a broken wire or poor connection along the way. A wiring diagram would indeed be helpful. It may be worth asking a shop if they can supply you with one or asking a mechanic with access to diagnostic tools that may be able to pinpoint the problem more precisely. Sounds like you're headed in the right direction. Good luck! If you have any other questions feel free to call us at 877-913-1554! We'll gladly find you a certified RepairPal shop in your area!
