heater not working

What is your question?

My heater was working fine, then one day, a burst of cold air came through the vents and the heater has blown cold air since that day. If it's above 50 degrees, it will blow warm/hot air, but not if it's below. I have dual controls, cold air comes out on both sides, the A/C worked just fine and still does.
