Fuel pump not working zero pressure...

Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. The powertrain control module (PCM) performs functions of fuel control management. The vast majority of the time, the PCM is not the cause of vehicle malfunction, so the best advice would be - perform needed troubleshooting before looking to repair anything. Check for power and ground at the fuel pump with the key on and engine off. If power is present but the pump is not producing fuel, then there is a concern with the pump itself. If no power is present, you'll have to troubleshoot with that's the case, and do not guess at a processor.
