What is your question?
After it sits for hours hard to get started again. But will start the rest of the day no problem.

As long as it has strong cranking (doesn't have to be jump started), you can assume that the battery has enough voltage. A vehicle needs fuel, spark, proper timing, and an rpm signal to the computer in order to start. Since your problem is only 1st start in the morning, I would recommend checking for fuel 1st. You should have fuel pressure & volume at the test port the instant you turn the key on, even before it starts cranking. If you're missing pressure and/or volume, suspect leakdown, fuel pump, or relay, If you have fuel pressure & volume, then move on to check spark, timing, rpm signal, computer data until you find the culprit.
