Engine Code Both Banks running lean

Look for vacuum leaks. Think disconnected hose somewhere. Or Intake manifold leaks taking in unmetered air. If you have a diagnostic tool and can monitor fuel trims, get a fuel (propane, etc) and release it around the intake area, see if the trims richen up. That's the best way to locate your leak.
