Brake problems on 2004 Silverado.

replaced rear drums and calipers. lost fluid to master cylinder. could not get air out of system,. bought Maxi ap 200 to auto bleed brakes, have good pedal until i turn on ignition and pedal goes to the floor. replaced master cylinder after bench bleeding,. still same results.
