Will not shift into into Auto 4WD or 4WD after previously shifting from 2wd.

What is your question?

It will shift into 4WD HI or Auto 4WD and then back to 2WD but then will not shift again without shutting the truck off and restarting, The Service 4WD light comes on after shifting back to 2WD.Not sure where to start to fix this.
