What is your question?
The other day, I noticed a clear fluid coming from the rear right side of my truck. It was at least half gallon to a gallon that poured out. Someone said it was just water that build up in the muffler. That does not sound right to me, and I'm scared to drive it not knowing what it is.

That is a lot of liquid. A muffler holding 1/2 gallon of water would, in my opinion be unusual. (they can hold a lot of water, though, depending on the design) Another thought could be coming from the drain in the truck bed. If it had rained or the truck has water in the bed, there are drains that let the water out. Have you checked your brake fluid, it could be a leak from the rear, but not at the quantity you are describing. Could not imagine it would be fuel, it would have a smell.
Thank you, after a week without driving, I decided to take it in. Turns out to my surprise, it was just the muffler. He said sometimes they can retain that much water, and no repairs were necessary. Thank you for answering my question.
