Same problem for over a year. Changed starter relay-no change. I changed the starter worked just fine. Troubleshot and thought it was battery connector- tightened and it started...then came back. Changed starter relay-started but came back 2 weeks later. Frustrated I looked at the schematic and the only thing was the starter. Not easy to change but it can be done with general knowledge and tools. You-tube helped also. The mechanic said wiggle it and turn it and somehow it will come out. That is definitely the truth. Taking the starter to have it checked will check in tomorrow and give you the final answer on the status of the starter.
