What is your question?
I have a grinding/clunking sound when I turn corners or even take curves. Sound seems to come from steering column. Truck does not drive any different, can feel steering wheel 'vibrations' slightly when this happens. Do not notice any types of noise or vibrations if I turn the wheel while sitting still. Has been doing this for around a year, has not gotten any worse/or better.

check your front wheel hubs. Lift vehicle off ground and pull on tire at 12 and 6 and 9 and 3 trying to rock tire side to side. Should not be much play or movement. If the hub is failing it can causing the clunking and grinding. If this is the problem and you continue to drive you may just have a rogue tire go rolling down the road on one of those turns.

I have the same issue on my 05 extended cab. replaced both struts, both hub assembly's, and both tie rods inner and outer. I'm at a loss
