What is your question?
Exhaust and starter was damaged from hurricane harvey. Brand new catalytic converters. 4 new O2 sensors. New starter. Ran great for 3 weeks. Sat for 2 days then wouldn't start. Fuel system good. Getting good spark before distributor. New rotor on distributor. Still won't start.

Hello, There is only a little more to test before you know if the spark is reaching the combustion chambers, and I recommend doing so. The distributor cap, wires, or plugs may not be allowing the engine to start, but there are quite a few other conditions that can lead to a no start situation. Look around at videos showing different methods for how to test the spark plugs and wires, find one you are comfortable with, and test away. What does it do when you crank it anyways? Does it sound odd, try to start, shake?
