ok so ive replace fuel pump made sure it worked before install customer change relay fuse is fine new ignition tumbler and key no pwer at fuel pump with key but will work if i jump relay

Hello, are you using a proper programmed key to start the truck? Have you tried a different key? A properly programmed key is required to allow fuel pressure to be delivered. That is my immediate take away -- especially as you have replied corresponding components. You can't ignore this part of the system, it can certainly cause the problem you are experiencing -- but, so can other things. I'm just suggesting that at the very least, you need to check into this part of the system before anything else.
