i hear a wop wop rotation noise that speeds up when i do or slows down when i do. sounds under front end maybe and only hear from in the cab. i replaced both front axles and driver hub bearing and noise still there

noise starts around 20 miles a hr and rotates wop wop wop faster as I do. turnto left it quits. both cv axles and hub bearing in drivers side replaced. sound directly under floor board as it sounds

nothing. its faster and louder as yougo faster

I know it's maybe simple -- but -- have you closely inspected the tire tread for abnormal wear, high and low spots, feathering? This is often the cause of rotational noise.
Other than that, axles as you said, the drive shaft universal joints can make noise, all wheel hub bearings can make noise.
