Won't start, drags badly!

Acts like the timing is way to advanced. Sister already replaced the coil, ecm on the coil. My dad had her pull the cam sensor thinking it was the ecm but I put that back! Also replaced dist. cap and rortor button. I unplugged the crank sensor and it turned over fine. Should I replace the crank sensor or go ahead and pull the front off the motor and check the timing chain? It has 150,000 miles on it!
