tow haul mode not working

tow hail mode not working when button is pushed

Most likely wire (2 thin wires inside an orange colored sheath) that goes from button down through steering column has broke. (this is common). Take off steering column cover to splice wires back together. 2 holes at bottom of steering column cover have either screws holding it that need to be removed or if no screws are present, clips are holding it and cover can just be pulled apart. If you have tilt steering wheel pull tilt lever straight out (it just snaps in and out) before removing column cover.
