Keeps vapor locking won’t start I take out gas and it still keeps doing it

Hello, what test is being performed to validate and verify that the engine is "flooding" with fuel? Have you removed spark plugs and seen fuel in the cylinders, unburned? Does the engine have an abnormal fuel odor you are concerned about? Vapor Lock and Flooding are exact contradictions - they are opposite actions.
