I bought 1999 Silverado 1500, 4x4, 5.3L as a second vehicle. I’ve has it I the shop a few times for repairs…AC & heat not working well, wipers needed a new pump for fluid, the exhaust had a leak, replaced the intake manifold gasket, replaced both O2 Sensors, both catalytic converters, crank sensor. Now code P0137 keeps popping up and neither garage I’ve taken it to knows what needs to be fixed. They say it doesn’t have any leaks. How can I get this issue figured out?
