no low beams all other lights work

What is your question?

checking the 2 fuses (10amp)and the relay nothing seems to be bad.I can turn on the light switch on dash and get high beams to come on.Sensor on dash works.Low beam bulbs ohm at 3.But still no power at light conn.(did try replacment bulbs no change)

Have you checked that the high/low beam switch works correctly? If you have no power at the lights, trace (the lack of) power back to the fault, which sounds like the dimmer switch.
