Door lock will not actuator wcking and ill not open or close my locks, it clicks

What is your question?

I tried everything except replace the door actuators, the fuses on the floor next to the drivers foot get hot as hell after a few tries of locking and unlocking my doors, I removed all the relays on the floor which is only three and now nothing works, so I know for sure these relays control the inside lights, the under hood light and the door actuators, any ideas of what could be causing me not to program my new fobs, the no start, and the hot relays?
