Has sat 10 yrs but worked fine when it was parked
The thing isn't clicking on and off the condenser I think but not sure it's behind the radiator that thing
Gauge says it's full of freon
Ran wire from battery to the green wire in the thing and it clicks on and runs so it's not locked up
Fuse is good not sure what else it could be
