Hi! this is Bo with Car Genius at RepairPal! Uh-oh! That's a common mistake. The overall answer is most likely nothing for the short term. You'll want to drain the oil and add the correct spec in there as to not void any potential manufacturer warranty in case there's a warranty extension or recall. Plus there's a reason newer vehicles have a different more thin/viscous oil due to engine tolerances. If you were out in the middle of nowhere and there was nothing but 10/30 then I'd say put it in and do an oil change ASAP.
