What is your question?
New switch, new regulator with motor, and checked circuit breaker and all fuses. Nothing has helped. Checked volts at connector to motor, there is more volts in the down push than up push of switch. What else is there besides a broken wire, which I tried looking for?

Yes, a weak harness as it goes through the door hinge area, this is common. With the door panel off, try checking the voltage while you operate the switch, pull on the rubber grommet covered harness that goes from the body to the door and see if the voltage changes. I would connect the volt meter to each wire going to the window motor, then as you operate the switch the voltage should read +12 volts up and negative -12 volts. If there is less than 12 volt + or -12 volts, then most likely, you have a harness issue.
Thanks for the info, will try.
