I replaced the 4x4 actuator and dash switch and 4 wheel don't work

I can't get my 4x4 transfer case to engage at all , several people attempted to fix it with no good results. Apparently no power to transfer case motor , switched out for new parts several times and nothing worked. I had that gut feeling not to buy it and guess what I did?
I was building the truck for a toy hauler , geared it, air lift bags , trailer brakes and now this crap UGH
