What is your question?
I have a 92 Chevy S10 Blazer. A few weeks ago it started stalling in idle, and has gotten worse. Now it stalls in idle and then when I try to turn it back on it will crank but won't start. When I turn the key to the on position, I can hear the fuel pump turn on. There is no check engine light and not giving any trouble codes besides 12 (everything is fine). Here is what I have done: - replaced the MAP sensor - replaced the throttle position sensor - replaced the PCV valve - replaced the fuel filter - inspected all vacuum hoses, which are fine I'm at a loss of what it could be. The next thing I was going to try is replacing the idle air control valve, but am not sure that will help. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Have checked fuel pressure? Also check the fuel pressure regulator.
What was the fuel pressure? Call Contra Costa Auto Service and see if Adrian can you in. (925)828-0243. Don't buy any more parts and until really diag the truck. GL
Just checked the fuel pressure. 52 with the engine on and off, no change. It didn't bleed off when it eventually died and when I turned the key to the off position. Good regulator, Bad fuel pump?
Here is what I was talking about, there's a link for YouTube for checking your regulator, if there is a fuel leak you will see the evidence there, I believe he also has a video where is leaking from the tubes. http://youtu.be/tjjI3RpzYl4 any clean spot in there and you found your leak. I found the other link , this one is the tubes http://youtu.be/NPx-A3KV-WM. if you have the time an willing to fix it yourself I say go for it. If you strongly believe your fuel pump is the issue it's up to you, it will be hard to say for sure since your problem is intermittent
Thank you SO much for all of the helpful advice. You were right on! It was the fuel pressure regulator, which became obvious when I opened up the intake manifold and there was gas leaking all over. Replaced the regulator and blazer is running as normal. Thank you again for all the help!
I'm having the same trouble. My truck has trouble staying on and turning on. I changed the tps, icm, and still nothing I have a pickup s10 92
Going to try that tonight
Check the fuel pressure regulator also, diaphragm might have broken and is flooding the engine.
Will do! Thanks so much!
Post back, good luck
So I ran the pressure test again this morn. Turned the key to "on", 30, started the engine giving it a little gas, shot up to 60 then leveled off at 54-55. This time the engine didn't die, it was idling decently. Paying special attention to the fuel pump, I could hear it buzzzing. Kinda sounded like a high pitched electric toothbrush. Never really payed much attention before so I am not such if the noise is a new development. Im leaning toward needing a new fuel pump, regulator seems to be regulating just fine.
