Sometimes car will not start in park or netual. Have to winger gear shaft to start.

Sounds like you have a neutral safety switch going bad. It lets the computer know you are in park or neutral and allows the car to start.
car shop says that neutral safety switch is working fine...however they also say that wiggling the key make the car to start. any suggestions?
