My horn will not blow when mashing the designated area on the steering wheel

What is your question?

Horn works with the car fob but not with the designated area on the steering wheel.... I've checked all of the things i know to and have replaced clock spring but no horn when i mash the steering wheel... I'm at my wits end, PLEASE HELP
