A/C system

What is your question?

I just had my car serviced for everything from a cracked radiator, blown head, engine, transmission,etc. My a/c was working fine before all of these repairs were done. Now, my a/c IS NOT cooling!!! Its has coolant & has been charged w/the oil-based freon specified for the vehicle, but no cool air. Also, I can hear the fan turn on, but no cool air! What could it be???
