What is your question?
1999 Monte Carlo 3100 V6. I have recently replaced head gaskets, intake manifold gaskets, valve cover gaskets, and the timing chain cover gasket. New water pump, tensioner, alternator, got all out back together and still have a steady stream leak from the bottom right of the timing chain cover. Any idea what the problem could be ?
What makes this problem better or worse?
Nothing
How long has your 1999 Chevrolet Monte Carlo had this problem?

Hello, something definitely went wrong if you changed the timing cover gasket. Either you didn't replace all needed components or reseal entirely, have a torque issue, have cracked the front cover or have left debris that prevents a good re-sealing of the component. Tear down and very close inspection is needed. Use this link to find some shops near you that can help with your concern: www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
