What is your question?
Put Freon in and will hold as long as I am driving, but when I shut it of has a loud noise and then no clod air. Won't hold Freon.

Sounds like pressures in the system are too great, causing them to vent. I would check for integrity of the refrigerant system. If you have the proper skill set for this, ensure the system is empty of refrigerant by evacuating the system. Then pull the orifice tube to see if there is any debris in there. You could have signs of a contaminated system, restricted system. None of this, by the way, would I consider "do it yourself" diagnosis and repair. Handling refrigerants is serious business. Continuing to add refrigerant (not "freon" but R134a..."freon" is R12 that was replaced in 1994 by R134a refrigerant) is not only dangerous but environmentally irresponsible. Professionally, a certificate of certification per Environmental Protection Agency section 609 is required before a technician in a repair shop can even work with air conditioning systems. Please seek the assistance of a local, qualified technician certified to handle refrigerants and diagnose air conditioning systems. I assure you, there are no easy fixes here.
