will not start battery cause

What is your question?

was needing a jump to start, replaced battery, fine for about a month, same deal, today will not start even with a jump. at one point when i turned the key, the speedometer went up to about 50 MPH indication and can hear a quite buzzing noise under passenger side of dash.

Sounds like low battery voltage initially. The battery charge has probably failed -- yet, it's likely caused by something else unless you happened to install a faulty battery. Charge your battery fully then have your charging system tested. You may find a problem with an alternator or something along those lines.
