IAC was carbed up. Before replacing the IAC you had to keep pumping the gas pedal to keep the car running. In prior questions about this problem the suggestions were to replace the IAC. Now it starts up but the idle goes from from 900 RPM's to 1800 RPM's, pulsates down. Still have to pump gas pedal occasionally to keep car running.
