If the temperature gauge doesn't move at all the sender unit on the engine is most likely the culprit. There are three engine options (one Diesel, two gasoline) on the 5.7L gas engine the switch is located near where the top radiator hose goes onto the top front of the engine it is a switch with two wires going on it. On the 7.4L engine it is also on the right top of the engine.
