Heater and AC wont work

You guys are great for getting back to me so soon... so you check this at no charge either. WOW that is great. I need to call you and set that up. Or I need to rid myself of this beast and find a small cheap car better on gas also. This 454 3/4 ton uses alot of gas, but its a trooper and has been with me for years with only 143k original miles, I am second owner. Needs TLC too, but it has gotten me thru the years with kids and dogs... Im kinds stuck on it. Will be calling you tho. and thank you
