Hello, you could have a plugged or leaking vacuum hose, a sensor issue, wiring issue in then circuit, or (rarely) a problem with the engine control module. Hands on testing is needed to find out what's happening. Replacing parts due to a code - especially for vehicles using OBDI codes - is not a good idea.
