Trucks rough like missing on one cylinder back fires through throttle body and seems to loose prime or just doesn’t get fuel to injectors. I’ve also(checked all grounds) what am I missing?
What makes this problem better or worse?
Nothing it either cranks and runs rough or will not start
How long has your 1995 Chevrolet K1500 had this problem?

Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. Being an OBD-I vehicle, I am thinking of areas to turn attention to, since trouble codes are not going to be very helpful - if any are even present. How do you know it is a "fuel issue" with your Chevrolet truck? Fuel delivery does not typically affect only one cylinder or affect backfiring relative to this either.. Air intake, exhaust flow and crankcase ventilation can affect a backfire. I do not anticipate an electrical power or ground issue. I would check to verify proper engine timing. I would check for proper ventilation of the crankcase, making sure there are not issues.
