Blower motor was only working some of the time with very low air flow. replaced blower motor it now works all the time but the amount of air coming form any of the vents is lstill ow

Sounds like a vacuum operated door in the dash could be misdirecting air flow. Of, if the fan speed just isn't fast enough, you could have a failed blower motor resistor, and / or associated wiring harness.
