What is your question?
Fuel Rail line sensor high voltage reading. How to proceed without mechanic (broken down in the middle of nowhere but have tools). Only 12k miles. Went from driving great to check engine light to stuttering to only going 10mph within one day. Need advice on how to proceed. Was advised that it is probably a wire grounding out somewhere. So where should I start?
What makes this problem better or worse?
Driving makes it worse

Hello, unfortunately, no Internet based group can really help based off of a brief description alone. Hands on testing is needed. What diagnostic trouble codes were retrieved? Sharing "high voltage fuel rail line sensor reading" doesn't give much to go on. You're saying you only have 12,000 miles on this 15 year old vehicle? Is this an RV or modified vehicle? I'm sorry, no easy answers or guesses to share, no procedures to guess at. You'll need some hands on testing.
