hi, i m havin ignition problems with this chevy expres. it won t start at all.

it doesn t turn the starter at all. there s a light flashin in my dashboard and i believe that it has something to do with the vats system. it s a car with a keypadlock trough it i have no electronics or relearn stuff at all. what can the problem be. please help me. ps the car was runnin fine 7 days ago. i turned it of and it wouldn t start up again. does this car have a rest button???
