my van want start from the ignition but I can start it if I touch the solenoid

Sounds like starter motor what sounds does it make if any when you try to start it but it probably is the problem if you can start it at solinode then power it making it that far but would check solenoid first

check ur neutral switch first, if ok check for 12 volts on small solenoid wire when key in start position.
