van runs rough at idle and stupters when taking off only code i have is p0143.

only coode is a p0143, van started running like this after belt tensioner broke and lost power fixed the belt tensioner and sinse then van runs bad. i have good fuel pressure and it is holding, also have good compresion, and coil cap rotor good but front two cylinders acting up. any ideas.
