Hello, I would first suspect the battery, battery terminals, battery cables and grounds. If you have relays clicking but nothing else works, I'd be interested to know why so little power is making it to the fuse blocks. The other thing I would consider is if all of the fuses are good. Especially the large maxi-fuses.
