Electircal - Keeps blowing ecm b fuse

What is your question?

Keeps blowing ecm-b fuses- sometimes 4 or five fuses within a couple of miles. replaced fuel pump (twice) and fuel pump relay (twice) ran a new wire from the ecm to the fuel pump...already spent alot of $$ it's been going on now for over a year..any suggestions on what could be causing it?
