2015 Chevy captiva engine idle powering down mean

What is your question?

Engine powers down to 20 miles an hour then at times shuts off. Been going on for 4 yrs off and on dealer never seems to have issue. Have had diagnostic from a few shops and readings start from 4-13 errors and give price from $1300 - $4500.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Happens randomly
