Rough idle no check engine light

What is your question?

I changed out the VVT’s regular services but when I drive I’ll come to a stop it feels like I’m driving a tank

What makes this problem better or worse?

Nothing except for when I first replaced the VVT it calmed it down but now the issue is back

How long has your 2014 Chevrolet Captiva Sport had this problem?
