Why wont my instrument panel lights, brake lights, and rear running lights work on my 98 chevy 3500 truck work?

Ive tried changing the headlight switch and checked all of my fuses and neither one of them are bad. My recerse lights arent working either.

How long has your 1998 Chevrolet C3500 had this problem?
