ive had a series of minor electrical problems, i pushed the lighter and lost all

interior lights. when i turned the key to the on position lights were restored.afterwards interior lights only work when key is on. also radio comes on when key is on but never did this before. truck would not start sometimes after this episode w/ cig-lighter.now wont start at all. any thoughts?
