Won't run

Really need to start with the basics. Check for spark and check for fuel. The computer can/will set codes if the truck is cranking for a long time. Try spraying some carb cleaner in your throttle body, this is a quick check for fuel and spark. If it fires and then dies, you have spark but no fuel, if nothing happens, you have no spark.

I've tried all that. It has fuel. Strange thing is it seems to have spark too... The main code I am getting is 43 wich is the electronic spark control. I tried a dif. ignition module. Has new coil & cap. I tested the pickup. You got me. I had it run for a little while. Then it started sputtering. I let it die. It won't restart. Same code 43. I leaning towards ecm or short somewhere. I did all the test that I know to check for power. It all seems to be ok. Something to do with the timing .... electronically.
