my sterring wheel collum wabbles at the tilt section. how can i fix it.

The steeering wheel and upper bearing and turn signal switch will have to be removed to see if the retaining bolts(most likely)that hold the tilt mechanism are loose or something is broken
a pivot pin removing tool will be required its 4 loose bolts use loctite
