I have replaced the resistor but still have the same problem

i just checked the referance material and it appears the most likely according to technician reports on this model are either 1. resistor 2. switch 3. wiring or connector at blower motor or at switch (burnt wires reported frequently)
sounds like the blower motor switch , the one you turn from high to low
